Refund Policy

 

ALL refunds approved by Indiana Field Hockey Camps LLC, including refunds due to medical reasons, will be the cost of the event LESS a non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee of 10% of the event cost.  For example, if the event costs $100 and a refund is granted, then $90 will be returned in the form of a check to the mailing address of the parent/guardian named during registration.

Written requests for refunds due to medical reasons can be submitted to indianafhcamps@gmail.com along with a signed and dated physician’s note indicating the inability to participate due to medical reasons.  Please subject the email as “Camp Cancellation” and include camper name, event date, and reason for request (for nonmedical-related requests).

Participants are able to purchase camp insurance through Allianz Global Assistance during the registration process. Any purchase of insurance nullifies the refund policy set forth by Indiana Field Hockey Camps LLC.

Clinics are refundable up to one week prior to the event and camps are refundable up to three weeks prior to the event.  Both events will issue a check for the cost LESS a non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee of 10% of the event cost.
